Vistas I Owners Association

Vista I was built by Lennar Homes from 2009-2010, consisting of 40 units and 4 buildings with preserve and lake views. Lennar turned over the Association to its resident Board in 2010. The units are owned as Condominium. Vista I is one of three total neighborhood Associations in the Vista Community and broke ground in 2009. The Vista I community consists of young working families, empty nesters and first-time homebuyers.
