Vistas III Owners Association

Vista III was built by Lennar Homes from 2008-2010, consisting of 46 units and 5 buildings with lake views. Lennar turned over the Association to its resident Board in 2010. The units are owned as Condominium. Vista III is one of three total neighborhood Associations in the Vista Community and its oldest breaking ground in 2008. The Vista III community consists of young working families, empty nesters and first-time home buyers.
